As a tribute to our beloved mother, who always, as we say in Mexico, has been a “Santa”. For that reason we decided to make with all our passion the finest tequila in the world. Our goal is to bring to Mexico and the world the best tequila of the highest quality, pure, honest, creative, and true, made without chemicals. Produced in Arandas, the area of the Altos de Jalisco with denomination of origin.

In 2014 was born the project of Tequila La Santa Aida Harfush Ron
Team
We are a team of experts passionate and in love with this spirituous beverage. For 5 generations in the family we have taken step by step the long process from the planting of the agave plant to its production, with respect and commitment to our tequila and mother nature as such.
Process
The growth of our selected blue agave takes 6 years or more, once the moment arrives, our artisanal process begins where we juice the pineapple and only use the center of the agave heart which is cooked manually in masonry ovens. Afterwards we squeeze the juice, ferment it and finally distill it.
Relaxation
Throughout this process, tequila is accompanied, harmonized and relaxed by classical music (researched by the Japanese scientist Masaru Emoto in his book “The Hidden Messages of Water”) demonstrates how liquid molecules, brought to life by the vibrations of classical music, perfectly harmonize our body with just one sip.
Aging
Tequila Añejo Cristalino Gold 24K Process
Once relaxed, it is aged in American and French oak barrels for at least 12 months and then filtered with activated carbon plates, resulting in a tequila with prolonged and intense agave flavors, with a robust, creamy body and a noble smoothness on the palate.
In essence...
Due to anecdotes from a trip with our mother, she asked for a cappuccino with gold leaves by mistake. As a result, we added 24K gold, which has multiple benefits such as antioxidant, immune system reinforcement and anti-aging properties, all illuminated by an LED light. This is how the finest tequila in the world is born, with all the love and passion we bring to be together in every celebration.
